Kellie's Castle

Birch Memorial Clock Tower
The Birch Memorial Clock Tower, located in Ipoh's Old Town, is a monument dedicated to James Wheeler Woodford Birch (commonly known as J. W. W. Birch), the first British Resident of Perak.
